To much fiber to soon I think!!!       11/17/09 12:07 PM Edit Reply Quote BarbieNJ Reged: 10/19/09 Posts: 30 Loc: New Jersey I've screwed up with the amount of fiber I've been consuming. I believe I added to much to soon, which has increasingly lead to a major IBS attack, which caused me to faint and land into a table Sunday morning. I'll be ok I think, just sore muscles. Soooo back to square one...adding just a teaspoon to a drink or food before each meal. I wanted help too fast, and jumped the gun!!! I did schedule an appointment with my GI Doc just to make sure nothing more serious is going on. BarbieNJ -------------------- IBS-C Sufferer since I was 18 and a FMS sufferer also!!
