Hi everyone,

I'm new to this board. I've been doing yoga now for about 3 weeks and it is the most satisfying thing I've ever done for my physical well being. Exercising is something I've done on and off, but I was never really motivated. Whenever it was time to do a workout, I'd be finding some excuse for not being able to do it, then I would be mad at myself the next day or I would not totally be into it. I gotta say that in the short time I've been doing yoga, it has been like a wake up call for me. I really enjoy it and have done it every day since. I think I've missed one day since I've started, but nothing like any of the other workouts I've done in the past. I actually look forward to doing it and feel so refreshed afterwards. I also read up on www.yogajournal.com and particularly like the Gaiam videos. I've bought several different kinds of videos to change things around and keep me interested. I really hope that I can achieve the same results and have at least close to the yoga body that I see the teachers on TV having. That would be the ultimate for me.

It's totally awesome that there is a message board dedicated to yoga. I'm hoping to learn from this board and hopefully help others from what I've learned.
