I e-mailed a yoga studio today to ask if they offer it. They do offer beginner classes for yoga, so I will probably try that. I really hope they offer Bikram yoga because it sounds so great! I usually don't do well in heat because I often associate the heat with how I feel during a bad stomachache. But if I can learn to relax and stretch in the heat, I'll be able to get through a stomachache a little easier. I'm sure I'd feel better... AND would be able to drink more water in day to rehydrate myself! I have a problem drinking as much water as I should right now. Pop and flavored drinks are murder on my stomach, but I can't seem to completely cut them out of my diet. Anyway, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will find a place to try this out and see how I like it! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
