Hello folks How are you all doin? I am fine. I have started doing Yoga some weeks back for my IBS-C. I do several breathing exercises - 1)Forceful inhalation and forceful exhalation 2)Normal inhalation but forceful exhalation 3)Alternate inhaling through one side nostril and exhaling through the other nostril and other 3 more breathing techniques.
Every time I do, I start getting a cold and a runny nose. My nose (either right or left nostril gets blocked up). As a result I am unable to continue with these breathing exercises. I have contacted a Yoga teacher and he told me to slow down the speed of these exercises.
Are any of you folks having these probs? Pls reply , Appreciate your response.
