thanks ladies
how is enrollment in these classes? is it full to the max or generally lower capacity? i once did a pilates class that had me up against the wall. lol needless to say i enjoy smaller classes. also whats the website for the kalustian ethnic ingredient shop out in NYC? i just moved and my stuff is still in storage and thats where my book by heather V is.

are there any IBS support groups that meet around seattle that y'all know of? or is life too busy here for that sort of thing? lemme know as i'm trying to keep as busy as possible before i allow boredom to make me gain weight all over again
