Great Class!!       09/25/04 07:03 AM Edit Reply Quote Shell Marr Reged: 08/04/03 Posts: 14959 Loc: Seattle, WA USA Mine was at 6:30.... always is on Fridays. It was a great class this week. My Instructor has been under the weather (right spelling?) this week so it was a very relaxing class.... no "flipping our dog" LOL We did some new side twists, (I don't know the right pose name for it).....deep "Chair Pose". Then we did "Warrior III Pose" we don't do that one often and that can be a challenge if you don't focus. Oh, and I got both "frog" & "Pigeon"!! And I LOVE my new mat!!
