I really love triangle pose....       09/16/04 11:28 AM Edit Reply Quote Heather Reged: 12/09/02 Posts: 7799 Loc: Seattle, WA because of the great stretch/twist combination - it feels like it's opening up my whole side, waist, back - everything! And I love the standing warrior poses on days I'm feeling strong, because I start to really feel the pose as a hip opener, which is wonderful. For just plain relaxing I like the reclining bound angle pose where the soles of my feet are together, knees apart, and I lie all the way back with my hands over my head. I really love this at the end of the workout - I've actually fallen asleep in this pose!
