Re: IBS with hiatal hernia/GERD diet       05/04/12 03:35 PM Edit Reply Quote JKP Reged: 10/25/11 Posts: 24 Loc: North Carolina I just had an endoscopy done in March, which indicated GERD and a hiatal hernia, which I have had for 30 years. I sleep with the head of my bed up and try not to eat any thing about 2-3 hrs. I am on Prilosec which he increase to twice a day and it has helped. If I get hungy in the eveninng I snack on rice chex. I can't drink any jucies anymore. It's water or soy milk, which has been good.
