When I was a vegetarian, I was eating a lot of soy, and it took me years to realize it was making me super gassy. Some people tolerate it fine, but I do better avoiding soy. I would try eating less soy and making substitutes where you can (ex rice or almond milk instead) and see if that makes a difference.
