If you can handle finely ground veggies, try this drink. I made this today and it was yummy and you get a good cup of dark greens. I took about a cup of kale, not the stems, just the soft leaves, some rice milk (thin or thick to your preference), one Bosc pear peeled, and one fairly ripe banana. Add some ice and blend. The fruit masks the taste of the kale and it is very good. I try to have a green smoothie daily. You could use any kind of replacement milk. For people who don't like the taste of greens this is a great idea. You can substitute any fruit that you like and can handle. Or you can substitute any dark, leafy green.
