Trying to eat meatless please help       04/15/11 01:15 PM Edit Reply Quote mrae Reged: 02/05/09 Posts: 481 Loc: California I dont eat alot of meat as it is. When I do its usually the turkey meat I eat. I prefer not to eat meat but my stomach can not handle veggies so its hard to find a variety of foods to eat. Anybody have some good simple recipes I can try or at least get started with. Plus all these non meatless products seem to have alot of ingrediants that sounds to me might be triggers for ibs but being new at this I really don't even know where to start.Please help I am ibs-d with divirticulosis...Thankyou Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
