I found out about this movie/documentary in Kathy Freston's new book, Veganist . It was the hardest thing I have ever watched, but informative. It made my commitment to every living creature even stronger. Warning: extremely graphic, but it does cover other areas of animal abuse besides factory farming, such as, entertainment/sports, science/medical, fur, whaling, etc. It really is expansive in it's coverage of abuse. It is narrated by Joaquin Phoenix, who does a fabulous job.
As tough as it is, the more I watch, live, and learn, the better a person I become. As the film states, as human beings we are/will reap what we sow. So true.
