Hi - you can get soy yogurt with active cultures.

I've heard good things about Digestive Advantage IBS, Align, VSL #3, and the Jarrow brands. Just make sure the probiotic says that it is vegan or dairy free, so you know it's not cultured on dairy. The individual products will have the recommended dosages on them. In general, start at a lower dose and gradually increase.

Take the probiotics with food.

If you try one version for a few months and don't notice good changes, try a different brand. People seem to have different reactions and strong preferences with probiotics, so even if one doesn't do much for you another one just might.
