It should help. I'd also try a different form of probiotic than the acidophilus and up your dose on that. It sounds like the antibiotics wiped out your good gut flora.

The Tummy Fiber is prebiotic, so it will encourage the growth of the healthy bacteria in your gut.

Sometimes people have trouble getting enough soluble fiber from foods alone, and have to add in a supplement.

Make sure you double check the safe foods list here soluble fiber because the whole grains and cooked veggies you mention might well be higher in insoluble fiber than soluble.
