Delicious without the meat! I called her yesterday to thank her for the fantastic dinner, and informed her about my decision to no longer eat any animal products. So, she says, "I noticed you didn't have any meat on your plate. Well, I hate to tell you this, but the stuffing was made with chicken broth." Moral of the story: Know what your cook is cookin with.
