It is really tough with seedlings because you can't hose them off like plants. I tried the potato starch and dawn mixture and it worked a little but I need to completely eradicate them since it is seedlings we are talking about plus some will be sold. I bought some pyrethrin today but I wouldn't spray that outside where it would kill good bugs too (no good bugs in my basement this year. Not sure where the lady beetles are, so it is fine to use pyrethrin).

The hottest peppers in the world are Indian. They are called Bhut Jolokia or similar names. The plants are similar to habs. I am growing those too, plus many other hot peppers. I will plant around 1/3 hot peppers to 2/3 sweet.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
