Again I love Noodles and Co because you can get tofu on any meal there or go protein-less. Asian is the best for vegan eating IMO. For other restaurants I just hope they have a veggie burger. I still eat seafood so I can fall back on that. I am not so vegan that I don't eat seafood or fish sauce or worry about egg bits. At home I eat a friend's chicken eggs and try to not buy anything with normal eggs. At restaurants it is a lot harder to be strict unless you go to a veggie restaurant.
