Beyond that, I'm not going to impose any restrictions, instructions, lectures, etc. on what people can take from or give to the boards. It's up to them.

I don't really care if there are vast differences between what one person wants from this board versus another. There will hopefully be enough contributions here to make it an interesting and helpful place for everyone with IBS and any veggie leanings.

Personally, I'll be following what people say about veggie eating in restaurants. I find that challenging, and seafood is often my fallback option if I want to be able to eat anything that's IBS safe. Too many restaurants still load up their veggie options with cheese or try to point me to a big green salad. Obviously neither is an option.

I'll be interested to see how others handle this and hope to get some good tips.
