Most of the nutritional content with Slim-Fast runs 30 or 35 percent MDR on vitamins etc. It's 100 percent on SPIRU-TEIN, which also has a LOT of vitamins/minerals not found in Slim-Fast OR the other protein drinks. Check out the ingredients list and nutritional listing online.
