You always have great ideas. This may be a bit much for folks with IBS but for the normal crowd it would go over great. I have another question since you are the in house bar tending expert. Ever make Cuban Mojitos? Watched the history channel on distillation and they showed how to make a great one, but then I did a search and they all vary to some degree. The one I saw used club soda after you infuse the simple syrup with the mint and add the rum. Other's don't. Use of the fresh mint and simple syrup MIGHT be an option for IBS folks who want a drink now and then but can't tolerate most mixed drinks. Not an alcohol question, but ever make Bubble Tea (Boba tea)? I'm going to my Asian market tomorrow to get the supplies and the owner there said she'd tell me how to make a great one. I'm excited about working with the black pearl tapioca and the various flavor combinations. The Bubble tea, using decaf, may just end up a lovely IBS safe drink!!!
