This creamy topping can be used on chocolate cakes, ice cream,brownies or with fruit salad. No doubt you will find many uses for it. This topping will keep in the fridge well covered in a glass container.
12 oz extra firm silken tofu, drained 1 cup fresh raspberries, rinsed and patted dry 1/4 cup raw refined sugar or maple syrup 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients in belnder and blend till creamy.
