Like something you can put in tomato sauce? This one is pretty good, but it is a little plain seasoning-wise (which is why it works so good in a sweet and sour sauce). Some of the BEST meatballs I've ever had were actually made with turkey! My father bought them somewhere... they were herbed with basil and oregano and had parmesan cheese in them, too. SO tasty! To put in sauce, I would make the meatballs from the recipe above, but use Italian seasoned breadcrumbs instead of plain, and add a teaspoon of basil, 1/4 tsp pepper, and maybe 1/4 cup or so of soy parmesan.
