Re: Italian dressing suggestions??? - PPPlease!!       07/27/04 03:10 PM Edit Reply Quote Little Minnie Reged: 04/16/04 Posts: 4987 Loc: Minnesota It's not Italian but I make vinaigrette this way: 4T. red wine vinegar 4T. water 1/2-1T. olive oil salt, pepper, spices/herbs or: Tamara's Balsamic Vinaigrette 2T. soy sauce 2T. balsamic vinegar 2t. sesame oil (or olive oil) 2t. brown sugar 1t. minced gingerroot 1 clove garlic, minced Place ingredients in a shaker bottle if possible. Will last for many days. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
