Any suggestions?? thanks Strawberry Bread 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon orange extract (I did not have any and used vanilla) 1 1/4 cup fresh strawberries 2 eggs - well beaten (I replaced with 6 tablespoon liquid egg white) 1/2 cup oil (I used cannola) Mix dry ingredients Beat eggs with oil and orange extract Add berries and liquids Backe 350 for 1 hour in loaf pan Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
