zucchini casserole       07/10/04 03:29 PM Edit Reply Quote joanmarie Reged: 11/09/03 Posts: 667 Loc: iowa This is a guesstimate recipe since the woman who gave it to me never uses a recipe but just puts things together. I made it and thought it was good. Brown 1 lb ground turkey with 1 large chopped pepper, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Add italian seasonings and put in a casserole dish. Cut up 6-7 tomatoes, 3 zucchini and mushrooms and add to casserole dish. Add soy cheddar cheese, and some sort of liquid such as broth, tomato sauce or cream of mushroom soup. Top with stove top stuffing and dot with soy butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
