Baked Fillet of Sole with Salsa       07/09/04 11:43 AM Edit Reply Quote Shirl Reged: 02/19/04 Posts: 558 Loc: North Carolina 1 cup salsa 4-6 pcs of sole salt and pepper In shallow dish large enough to hold the fish in one layer, spread 1/2 the salsa and arrange fish on top. season with s&p and spread on remaining salsa. Bake 7 minutes, add a little more salsa if needed (I do) and bake 7 mintues more. -------------------- if God brought you to it. He will bring you through it.
