Shell, I haven't been following your diet thread. It's called denial. I have to lose weight, and I just don't know how.
What are you doing to lose? Counting calories? Really? You count everything you put in your mouth? -- Groan -- But it's working for you, I know, because I occasionally glance at that thread and see when you lose more. Then I quickly look away so I don't have to face the music myself.

But as bad as I am, if I had to figure out how many calories were in one slice of meatloaf, I'd just pass on the damn meatloaf and chomp down a few saltines instead! I mean, how can you enjoy your food?
I'm having a bad day. The doc called with my lab results, and they weren't good. He wants me on a cholesterol-reducing drug, and I refuse.
Okay, sorry, ranting over.
It's time for me to go out in the garden and eat those worms. No calories there!
