1/8 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

Set oven to broil. Prepare tropical salsa (recipe below)
If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 servings. Spray broiler pan with non stick spray. Brush both sides of the fish with the worestershire sauce. Place on rack in broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients except salsa, sprinkle over fish.
Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat for 7 minutes till fish is flaky. Serve with salsa.

Salsa
1 papaya cut in bite size pieces
2 kiwi fruit cut into fourths
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
dash of pepper

Mix all the ingredients in small glass or plastic bowl, cover and refrigerate 1 hr.

If there is things in the salsa some cannot have maybe you can substitute.
