I would just sub soy or rice milk for the cream and use half oil and half unsweetened applesauce. My only concern would be all the seeds in the raspberries. I don't know how others do with them, but even in muffins and things they bother me sometimes. If they're a problem for you maybe you could use blueberries or something with less seeds instead.
