There's no fat in it so you can't use it for frying after you put it in water. It just dries up in the pan. I use it in my bread recipes in the bread machine instead of butter. It comes in a yellow box and is probably in the spice aisle. It's been so long since I've purchased it, I forget where they put it in the grocery store. Do you live in USA?
