Green Tea Smoothie

Yummy after dinner treat for mother's day...

1 cup green tea chilled
2 cups diced honeydew melon
2 kiwi fruit peeled and diced (don't crush the seeds it will make the drink bitter, if you can't tolerate the seeds sieve it or strain it to get the juice)
1 banana
1 tbsp sugar or honey
dash of salt (optional)
6 ice cubes

In a blender or food processor combine all and process until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!!
Eat before a good balance meal and enjoy this with the meal or after for a snack!
