Whatever kind of salad dressing you have (italian, french, ranch, raspberry vinaigrette) will be okay. Honey mustard is excellent. Bleu cheese might be weird. Marinate the catfish in that for about an hour, maybe two. Take it out and put it on the grill and figure about 5 minutes on each side, depending on the heat of your grill. Brush it with honey and sprinkle with black pepper about a minute before you take it off the grill. Put some sliced vegetables (anaheim chiles, yellow onions, squash, firm tomatoes) on the grill with the fish and brush them with the marinade. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
