I combined a few recipes to get this one: Charoseth (Makes 2-3 cups) 2 apples, cored and cut into cubes 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or more to taste) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup sweet red wine or grape juice (we should probably use grape juice, since uncooked wine isn't the safest) 1. Mix all ingredients. I also saw some recipes that called for 1 Tbsp sugar to be added, and some called for less wine/grape juice. I think you just need enough to bind it together.
