The only thing I don't know about is the cake mix? Any ideas? 1 yellow cake mix 3 eggs (sub egg beaters or 6 whites) 1/3 cup oil 1/3 cup applesauce 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 medium bananas, mashed 1 small can crushed pineapple, with juice Mix all ingredients well. Pour mixture into a Bundt or 9 by 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until done.
