Wackie Cake
3 cups flour 6 tbl cocoa 2tsp soda 2 tbl vinegar 2 cups water 2 cups sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup cooking oil
Mix dry ingredients together. Add vanilla, vinegar and oil and mix. Add water and mix well (for about 2 minutes with electric mixer.) Bake at 350 in greased 9x13 pan for 40 minutes.
Frosting 1 cube butter 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup cocoa About 1/2 cup milk About 1 box powder sugar
Melt butter and add cocoa. Cook over med. heat until it comes to a bubble. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Alternate powder sugar and milk until it is good spreading consistency.
