The only thing that stopped me from buying it was the bean flour. Have you ever tasted that stuff just by itself? OMG, it is sooooo bad. I bought some a long, long time ago and it tasted so bad I threw it out before I even got anything made with it. But maybe in this mix you don't notice it. What do ya think? My favorite GF pancake mix is a GF Wild Rice Pancake Mix but I forget who makes it. It has the nicest taste of all of them, or at least I think so.
