Off the top of my head I don't know the conversion. I'd check a few muffin recipes you already use and like for the temp and time for baking. I think it's usually a hotter oven, and of course a much faster baking time. I'd fill the cups 2/3 instead of 1/2, and start checking for doneness with a toothpick a good five minutes earlier so they don't overcook.
