Quinoa Breakfast Cereal!

I just created this and wanted to share it. It's so good! To turn quinoa into a healthy IBS friendly and tasty breakfast cereal.

1. Cook up quinoa or use quinoa you made the day before (left overs)
2. Add almond milk to taste (I prefer almond because it has a lighter flavor than soy milk and lets the taste of the quinoa come through but you might like it with soy).
3. Warm it up a little but don't make it hot
4. Slice up an apple banana and add to cereal.
