safest way to cook zucchini and baby carrots       01/12/13 09:10 AM Edit Reply Quote Cyndy Reged: 03/05/05 Posts: 1301 What is the safest way to cook these veggies? When I boil zucchini in water, it turns out all mushy and full of water. When I roast carrots, I have to add extra oil. I don't have a steamer. How do you all cook these veggies?
