"Tasty Prairie Tea

My whole family loves this mild, naturally sweet herbal tea, which has no caffeine and is loaded with trace minerals. I call it 'Tasty Prairie Tea' because some of the ingredients are indigenous to the Kansas Prairie. I love a cup of it before bedtime or to soothe a sore throat. Enjoy!

1 part fennel
1 part rosehips
1 part hibiscus flowers
1 part melissa
1 part red raspberry leaf
1 part stevia
1 part peppermint
1 part chamomile

Add 2 tsp of loose leaf tea to one cup of boiled water and steep for five minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired.

The information and recommendations contained in this are for reference and education only. They are not intended to replace medical diagnosis and care but to complement and inform in the area of holistic health. I urge anyone with symptoms and problems to consult qualified medical professionals."
