Hi - yes, that was a tiny kitchen! When not shooting the show, the kitchen was open, but in order to stage it for shooting we had to actually block me in to the work space.

Do you mean the butcher block cutting board? There are a few special thin plastic ones (polypropylene, I believe?) I use just for fruit/sweets or seafood to prevent contamination (from the seafood) or garlic/onion smells (on the fruits). For everything else I use the wooden one.

I don't live at that location any more, so I don't know how to do the tour. That would be cool though - tour an IBS safe pantry, cookware, etc. That is a good idea for my new kitchen, actually!
