My go to dressing
      06/05/12 12:07 PM

is to simply thin any good whole grain or Dijon mustard with balsamic or other highly flavored vinegar. Just keep whisking till you have the consistency you want.

If it's too tart add a little honey. I whisk in Tummy Fiber as well, as that helps emulsify everything if want to add a drizzle of olive oil.

Then to taste I just throw in smoked paprika, dried basil or oregano, Bacon Salt (it's veggie!), or whatever else sounds good.

Fast, easy, delicious for pasta or any salad, and even as a quick dressing for grilled fish or skinless chicken breasts. It's really good over thin sliced avocados and cucumbers, which I make all the time as a side salad for rice and fish. It's good over the rice too!
