I make up this dry italian dressing mix: http://www.food.com/recipe/Italian-Dressing-Seasoning-Dry-Mix-63812 I leave out the thyme and celery, since I don't have it. Then to make a light dressing, add 2 Tablespoons of dry mix to: 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup vinegar 2 T canola oil Mix well and add to one box (12-16 oz) of cooked pasta. I also often cut the recipe in half to make half a box/small salad just for myself. Use less dressing if you like. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
