Chicken "paté"

Well since I started posting, I might as well continue!
This is something I came up with in an attempt to make more condements for bread. Where I live (Iceland) paté is very popular as topping for bread. It is usually made with lamb, but also pork. Since that didn't work for me anymore, I decided to try to make my own, and I have to say it tasted great!

Ingredients:
3-4 chicken tenders
1/2 - 1 cup organic chicken broth
1-2 tbsp oil (can be omitted)
oregano
basil
salt

Directions:
Boil chicken tenders in chicken broth until cooked (I use a very small pot and just enough broth to cover chicken). Pure chicken with magic wand or in a blender, add the chicken broth until it becomes like firm mayo (or paté!). Add spices to taste. Let cool and store in fridge. I don't know for how long it keeps, since I'm always out before that happens.

Enjoy!
