Thought I'd list a few other choices for you to look into so you're not stuck with just Chex cereals!

Panda Puffs (peanut butter taste)

Corn Pops (I can't eat these due to gluten, but Heather says they're a good choice)

Puffins cereals (there are 2 that are gluten free if you need that, and several other flavors that have gluten but are ok for IBS in general. These are made by Barbara's).

Rice Krispies (and they also just came out with a totally brown rice variety with no gluten...taste great to me!)

Koala Krisp (a chocolate crisped rice...this is by the same company that makes Panda Puffs- EnviroKidz)

Kix (not ok for me, but in Heather's book for regular IBS)

Honeycomb (again...not gluten free)

I hope this list helps! It's nice to know we have several cold cereals to try. They are such an everyday food for me. I never leave the house without a baggie of cereal in my purse. I've found I can really help limit my attacks by just making sure I have soluble fiber to munch on throughout the day. If I'm driving on a long trip I keep a pile where I can reach them (or Tostitos!). Sometimes I mix a few together for variety so it's more like a trail mix (maybe Panda Puffs and Puffins Multigrain...).
