Old Fashion Quaker oats are safe for most people. They contain 2 gram soluble fiber and 2 gram insoluble fiber. Be careful of the Quaker quick oats as the sometime contain other ingredients that may be problematic.

Not sure about the squares. It will depend on what else they put in with the oatmeal. Do you have a link to the ingredients in the Oatmeal Squares?
