But if casein isn't the problem, I could also try lactose-free cheese first, right..? How much casein does regular cheese contain?
Although, lactose-free cheese would probable be too fat, hm.

I'd like to try different sorts, but it's pretty hard with all those allergies! (Never was a real problem until I got IBS)
