Safe cake mix ?       06/30/11 06:46 PM Edit Reply Quote Maof3Js Reged: 06/30/11 Posts: 4 Loc: Corpus Christi Tx I am new here & newly diagnosed, and at the moment pretty much afraid to eat anything but plain chicken breast & white rice. SO glad I found this site. Anyway, I am really missing sweets, and saw several references to "safe" cake mixes. What constitutes "safe" ??
