I did the fat math on this and the percent of calories from fat is high but lower than, say, soy ice cream. I got my numbers from various sources so take with a grain of salt.

1 cup Ghirardelii Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips: 805 calories, 460 CFF
1/2 cup SunButter Creamy: 533 calories, 373 CFF
6 cups Rice Chex: 618 calories, 24 CFF
1 cup confectioner's sugar: 480 calories, 0 CFF

I get 2436 calories, 857 from fat, or 35% of calories from fat.

If you figure this will make about 7 cups, then 1/2 cup of it will have 174 calories, 61 from fat.

For comparison purposes, 1/2 cup of Tofutti Chocolate Supreme Soy Ice Cream has 180 calores, 99 from fat, or 55% of calories from fat.

So I could eat Puppy Chow after a low-fat, high soluble fiber meal. My problem is that there's no way I'd stop with a reasonable amount. I'd probably eat the whole recipe and that would just about kill me.

BTW, I had never heard of SunButter - looks interesting.
