It had been so long, we forgot we were supposed to save the liquid from draining the beans to add in when blending. So Joe still reduced the oil down to 1 Tablespoon and added 2 Tablespoons of artichoke liquid, but he used 3 Tablespoons of chicken broth also. We had it with warmed pitas cut in 6ths.
